Delete a remote branch

Deletes the branch on the remote for everyone who uses it, while local copies of the branch are kept.

Destructive: this command can permanently delete data. Check every value before running it.

git push origin --delete branch

Edit the highlighted values, then copy. They are inserted as typed, without shell escaping.
