Install your public key on a server

Appends your public key to the remote authorized_keys file so later logins use the key instead of a password.

ssh-copy-id -i ~/.ssh/id_ed25519.pub user@host

Edit the highlighted values, then copy. They are inserted as typed, without shell escaping.
